INTAKE PROCESS

In order to be considered for residency, you must complete the following:

• An application with essay included.
• Phone or in person interview with Program Director or Executive Director.
• Provide names and contact information, along with signed consent forms, so the Program Director can confer with family members, university and treatment center personnel.
